Alberto Longo – Uva di Troia „Le Cruste“ 
The grapes are selectively harvested by hand in crates. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approx. 20 days with periodic submersion of the cap. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels for approx. 9-10 months and in the bottle for at least 12 months. This wine goes well with flavoured cheeses, game and meat in general.
